Vacation Rental Consult
Struggling with how to make your short-term or vacation rental property stand out from the competition?
Now, you can get a designer's eye to assist you with our one-hour virtual service. During this consultation, we will review your existing marketing photos, take a virtual tour of your property, review competitors' listings, discuss your ideal guest, and discuss what is and is not working. Lastly, we will discuss recommendations to improve your rental's aesthetic to increase bookings and to have the ability to charge more. You will receive an overview of the consultation with 3 business days via email.

Hospitality Package: Remote Design & Sourcing
This package is perfect for vacation/short-term rental owners aiming to increase occupancy and nightly rates while saving time on sourcing furniture and decor. After evaluating the property, we will provide a Design Concept highlighting the overall aesthetic. Once we agree on the direction, we will start sourcing each item to realize the vision. Our service can be conveniently conducted remotely via video conference.

Concierge Design Day
Concierge Design is our "Designer for a Day" in the Vacation Rental Industry. Your "day" includes 3 hours of design time where we can collaborate, shop for paint, tile, fixtures, etc. We can also use that time to style shelving, move furniture, assist with guest amenities, & more! Feel free to pick our brains for any design help you may need.

Call it Cozy - DIY Consultation
Ready to tackle some projects yourself but need a bit of guidance? Take us on a tour via a video conference. Once complete, we will get to work creating ideas for furniture & decor purchases, furniture placement, paint colors, amenities, and personalized items to create maximum appeal. We will also include ideas to create the perfect selfie and Instagram moments for your guests.
Any and all ideas can be discussed via video conference or emailed to you within 3 business days.​
